We are looking for a Sales Representative with the perspective of Sales Management (m/f/d) for our CUSTOMCELLS® Itzehoe location. Itzehoe is located near Hamburg in Schleswig-Holstein. You are looking for a new challenge in a growing market with great creative freedom in a dynamic environment and with a distinctive team culture. Then we look forward to receiving your application.

YOUR TASKS

  • Acquisition of new customers with a focus on the following sectors: Automotive, aviation, medical technology, maritime both OEM and supplier companies
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Follow-up of offers
  • Conclusion of project orders
  • Customer support
  • Carrying out market analyses
  • Monitoring of KPI's and direct reporting to the CEO
  • Close coordination with internal departments
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs  

IN THE NEAR FUTURE, THE SCOPE OF DUTIES WILL BE EXTENDED TO INCLUDE

  • Assumption of overall responsibility for all sales-related topics for the assigned sales territory
  • Leadership, coaching, further training and expansion of the sales and project planning team
  • Advance and develop sales strategies    

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed business management training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in a technology sector  
  • Willingness to take on responsibility
  • A very high performance orientation, a high level of initiative and great commitment
  • Professional appearance, very good negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as open, appreciative and transparent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to an extent of approx. 20
