The evolution of electromobility in Germany needs powerful batteries - for new mobility on the road, on or under the water, and in the air. The world market for the production of these batteries is (still) dominated by Asian companies such as CATL, LG or Panasonic. But Europe, and Germany in particular, has a very good chance of becoming the global innovation and technology leader for specialized lithium-ion batteries.
